Please post any projects that contribute to kids or social change.

Would you like to share any projects that support kids or contribute to social change you would like to share? We'd love to find out what's up and help you spread the word.

Do you have any requests? Feel free to access our global giraffe community for support. (Encouraging you to make your requests clear so we know exactly how we can help you).

This is the place to fill us in!

Here is an interesting project that may interest those of you who have a passion for sharing writing as a tool of expression: http://www.pongoteenwriting.org/home.html?

I work as a high school teacher - I would love to hear ideas and suggestions about what I can do to bring NVC to the school.

Thank you!

Hello again Quincy,
Yesterday you started in the classrom; I hope it went with at least some ease and lots of connection.
I wish I knew of some online resources for NVC and classroom stuff. I presume some exist but I have not yet been able to find them.
I recommend Sura Hart's book Compassionate Classroom. It is widely available for purchase online.
See a few words from Sura here: http://insideawarenessblog.wordpress.com/tag/sura-hart/

While this is an old webpage, it has some useful information about sharing Nonviolent Communication with children: http://www.growingupeasier.org/index.php?main_page=page&id=163&chapter=3
